Do I need to book an appointment?
Appointments guarantee your preferred time and therapist. Walk-ins are welcome when we have an open slot, but weekends fill up fast.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. We use dermatologist-tested, fragrance-free options where possible, and we always patch-test new active ingredients when needed.
How long does a facial take?
Most facials run between 45 and 75 minutes, depending on the treatment plan and whether extractions or LED therapy are included.
Can I book a group spa day?
Absolutely. We host bridal parties, birthdays, and small corporate groups. Ask about our group packages and refreshments add-on.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full credit. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the service fee.
